First up, concept artist Nathalie: @loopyyylupe.bsky.social Hugely talented as an illustrator, IMO nathalie's strength comes in the ways she understands gamedev on top of that. Nearly every character model in Wanderstop was made paintover-critiques from her that kept everything sharp and stylish.

Some more amazing 3D art from the previous millennium, 1999. 3D Studio Max, Bryce, and I think the paintover on that first one (which was titled "Mystic", ooooh) was using Paint Shop Pro and not yet Photoshop.
