Cheers to morning gym! Walk-run (20min-20min (7.2)-5min (7.4)-3min (8)-15min), 45min weight training, 20min cool off. Next up: beach relax and swim training. Later: yoga. Feeling good! 🤸🏼‍♀️

Great night training! First walk outside 60min, Walk-running inside 15-25-20, 30min weights training without breaks, next up: 30min yoga. My favorite @Google shirt lost its shape but oh well.
Month 2 going strong, first 20 000 steps day. 💅🏻
