Outside Yosemite was a little town we stayed in. This window caught my eye. It is so beautiful with the sewing mannequin and butterflies and old multi-pane windows telling us the story of what an art sewing is. Bravo to the designer.

Sydney Beaches have amazing colors. This wave stunned me with its vibrant turquoise. Don’t remember which beach this was but it was near Bondi Beach. I was amazed that my slide film was able to capture the spectacle.

Milford Sound, New Zealand is a wonderland of nature. This image is from the boat that takes you to your hike through a sort of Eden, also known as the Milford Trek. Weather is crazy there in the Autumn on a minute by minute basis. In this image it’s foggy and rainy and distorts the mountain outcropping. There is a small boat in the bottom right of the frame headed right toward the fog.

A capstone from an old building dated 1924 lies in the foreground on the grass as do other architectural structures from a bygone era. In the background of the photograph are new glass tower buildings of the modern Sydney, Australia skyline. The city set aside this area of a park to honor the older ornate structures that were removed to create modernity.
