The wine-mono version available in the Fedora 43 repo has a bug with dependencies. I ended installing the WineHQ version.

If you use the included version. Any app using netframework won't work, and will throw some random error of "assembly not found" or "dll not found" (iconv.dll in my case).

To fix this, just delete the following Reg keys:

reg delete "HKLM\\Software\\Wow6432Node\\Microsoft\\NET Framework Setup\\NDP" /f
reg delete "HKLM\\Software\\Wow6432Node\\Microsoft\\.NETFramework" /f

(HKLM == "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE")
