I’m joining my first D&D campaign tomorrow. I’m nervous as fuck about it for some reason. The group I’m joining are incredibly patient and nice though. I have a character but there’s sooo much info about this stuff. Very interesting.

The theme is definitely extreme detachment, which is something that always makes me nervous.

Just have a talk to the wonderful Healing and CPTSD community about the endocannabinoid system and medical cannabis. There really needs to be more education in medical school about this vital system that supports homeostasis and works with so many other systems in our bodies.

I would love someone as knowledgeable as Jon, who has the nervous system to do the job and sleep at night. That takes a certain type of person. I appreciate Jon very much, too. His intelligent questions help us all understand better what is going on.
