**Abstract:** This research proposes a novel automated methodology for characterizing microfractures in modified polyethylene (mPE) membranes used in advanced fuel cells. Traditional fracture analysis relies on manual observation, which is time-consuming and subject to human error. We introduce a system leveraging High-Resolution Computed Tomography (HRCT) for high-fidelity 3D imaging, followed by Graph Neural Network (GNN) analysis to identify and classify fracture patterns with unprecedented speed and accuracy.

**Abstract:** This paper introduces Hyper-Dimensional Stochastic Resonance Optimization for Mechanical Philosophic Emergent Properties (HDSRO-MPE), a novel framework leveraging multi-modal data fusion and stochastic resonance principles within hyperdimensional vector spaces to identify and characterize subtle emergent properties within complex mechanical systems. We demonstrate how HDSRO-MPE can predict and potentially control emergent behaviors stemming from seemingly insignificant fluctuations in material properties, challenging conventional deterministic models of mechanical behavior and providing a pathway toward adaptive materials and self-regulating mechanical systems.
