reinstalled oblivion because I've been having the urge to play it but
the main balancing/overhaul mod I installed (I was using a highly-recommended modlist this time) is accidentally making certain skills insanely fast/easy to train

This is my favourite modmaker! I have almost all of their mods installed. I actually think they should work in Larian, because all their mods are very quality made masterpieces.
