Also in Ireland, although it's also referred to there as 'a fine soft day', which always makes me happy. And at times surprisingly damp, as the penetrating power of the mizzle over a few hours is more than one expects.

Judging by the size of the water bottle...
The mizzle inside is presumably small and even a child

Had a little yesterday arvo. Just made things worse. In Jim Maxwell's words. More of a mizzle with a touch of thunder

“Mizzle” sounds like that absolutely miserable moment when the precipitation can’t decide whether to stay mist or get down to business and become an actual drizzle, which to me is the perpetual state of the fucking llovizna de Buenos Aires

It's a small consolation but Futo keyboard seems happy with mizzle. (I switched for privacy reasons several months ago, but I find that for English and French it's become pretty good. Still not good for Dutch sadly.)

Mrs Mizzle made mince pie swirls. I’ve yet to try one so it could go either way here….

Oh, nice. I knew drizzle, but not mizzle
My Westphalian German somehow has nieseln, fieseln, pieseln – all meaning 'light rain'

there's a Spanish analogue I love too, interestingly also with the "z":
llover = to rain
lloviznar = to mizzle

Strangely enough, it's near a historic high in usage ... although that's not saying a lot.

The way I try to interpret the mizzle situation is that since they don’t “belong” there, tenna HAD to give them some kind of role that would keep them from petrifying…but also they’re water and he’s a TV. Dangerous combo if anything goes wrong
The water cooler is not ideal but it’s what he had
