Mixed a new 5 gallon buckets with masterblend mixture, let it sit overnight water looked fine have no ph down to lower as this was just a test, this morning water still looked pretty clear normal I would say, so not sure what caused my water to go murky, but then I decided to put my areator in tank to see what happens and it made it very cloudy again, thought maybe just bubbles but has been sittings for awhile and hasn't cleared up, is it normal for areator to murk nutes. Im currently growing two tomato plants with the kratky method. I have taken an extremely relaxed approach to hydroponics so far, basically just filling the water along with some mineral (4-18-38 masterblend, 15.5-0-0 calcium nitrate, magnesium sulfate) and shrugging and hoping for the best. Can anyone give me some direction on why my cucumber plants seem to not be doing well. pH is 6-6.5, EC is 1.7 using Masterblend tomato at 1/2 strength for initial 5 gallon fillup of buckets in a indoor Kratky setup. They are under grow lights and are in a window that does get sun in northern Ohio. Leaves seems to be yellowing even though the plants are flowering still. Lights on for 14 hours...have fan on them as well. PPFD is saying about 800 for the grow light that I have turned way down currently.by Economy-Day-8620

Has anyone used T.A. DryPart Grow 1-part nutrient? How's your experience? Or what can be inferred from the nutrient list? Should I buy T.A. Was growing very slowly in the beginning but has recovered. Turns out was adding excess epsom salts to nutrients. Cut down on amount now plant has sped up after water change. Using masterblend 4-18-38 nutrients. It's very unusual, On other plants I'd get fragile roots that were mushy. Thought was root rot, turns out I mixed the nutes wrong. See what happens come next bi weekly change. Doubt it will last in this 1 gallon rez, so going in a 5 gallon kratky bucket next time. Variety is Richmond apple cucumber. What could be wrong with my plants? I have tomatoes and a pepper plant and have been growing fine for about a month. Some leaves are turning yellow/brownish. I use the masterblend tomatoe veg blend with calcium nitrate and magnesium additions inside a grow tent in my basement. 8 hours of uv light per day. Ph is currently 5.75. Nutes - masterblend, normal mixEC- ~2.0 probably high- some leaves have tip burn.pH - 6These are putting out a ton of foliage but not so much in the way of flowers. I've not seen any fruit set despite having a fan and brushing them around regularly. I have a hunch that the full 3-part MB mix has too much nitrogen for this stage, so I'm considering switching to Flora Nova Bloom (I happen to have a bottle) since I seem to be stuck in a veg stage. I picked up some Masterblend plant starter (10-52-10) and it's working well for rooting some basil cuttings.https://www.masterblend.com/10-52-10-plant-starter/I've got some tomato and lettuce seedlings and the marketing says it's appropriate to use on 'young seedlings', but I can't find any reviews/experiences from people who have tried it. Should I use a weaker mix of it or full strength since it's intended for seedlings?I assume despite the 'young seedlings' compatibility I should still wait for true leaves before feeding with this? by davegravy

Just started in November was inspired from my gf who is a farmer. In my basement, lighting walmart led garage lights.
