Early ESMO data show neladalkib (Nuvalent) achieved a 44% response rate in ALK+ cancers beyond #lungcancer.

Still early, but it hints at strong CNS activity and tolerability. NSCLC results expected later this year.

NHS England has just updated the Blueteq criteria for all 1st-line ALK+ #lungcancer TKIs, now allowing a switch to another treatment within 6 months if toxicity occurs.

Dr Riyaz Shah said, this is “very permissive & great for patients,”

At least one of our members has already benefitted.

the experts will say "the OS data isn't fully mature," which means they're still studying that part, which will be included in future #NorthStar findings. All in all, I'm glad my team is forward-looking and aggressive in my treatment, and I feel empowered by the research! 🫁🔬🥂#LCSM #esmo25 #oncsky

Final ALEX trial results just shared at #ESMO25 show median overall survival of 81 months with first-line alectinib for ALK+ #lungcancer.

Nearly half were alive at 7 years - a huge shift from a decade ago. Crizotinib is no longer used first-line in the UK.

🩸 New data shared at #ESMO2025 show the Galleri blood test detected 62% of true cancer cases and pinpointed the origin in 92% - over half at an early stage.

For ALK+ and other rare lung cancers that are often diagnosed late, progress like this could be life-changing.

#AllYouNeedIsLungs was a finalist for Best Charity/Not-for-Profit Campaign at the UK Social Media Awards.

We didn’t take home a trophy (apart from best 360 booth dancing 🕺), but we don’t need one to know we’re making a real impact in #LungCancer awareness.

60.7% major pathological response, 25% complete response, 63% radiographic responses after just 8 weeks.
