Terrible timing given world events and I don’t have the $$ anyway but my cousin is going on a Japan/Korea international vacation and I am so jelly.

Wood ear or Jelly ear fungus Auricularia auricula-judae. A good one for #foraging as there are no clear toxic lookalikes in the UK. Found on decaying Elder it can be used in stir-fry and soup, soaking up flavour. I didn't take much as there was a lot there. #fungi #mushrooms

Totally agree with you ... I like my marmalade with a serious fruit: jelly ratio so I do 2kg oranges to 1 of sugar. .

I was yesterday years old when I learned about gelatin #sequins.
Bought this nifty top at Savers yesterday. Popped it in a wash bag, gave it a wash... And it came out with this... Black jelly stuck to it, and in the bag ...and no sequins. Am royally pissed off but will try to rework the piece.
