The Itherans are an ancient artificial species; they can materialize; energy and matter are fluid transitions for them. Although Itherans often appear as individuals, they are actually made up of quadrillions of quanta that can control and transform the entire body as if in a collective. So every Itheran can also be their own spaceship.

The Itherans are transformers based on crystalline nanotechnology. The smallest particles are sentient crystals that combined into highly complex entities millions of years ago, until someone named Archon first gained consciousness on the planet Itheereum and began consciously shaping his surroundings. After a few more million years, this Archon crystal creature divided into several individuals, as occurs in a natural cell division process or as icebergs can divide, and thus came into being the Itherans, a race of artificial, thinking, feeling and very intelligent beings, comparable with supercomputers based on nanocrystal technology, they can change their shape at will - as long as they can follow a pre-programmed path like a nanothread. The humanoid form is practical and common, even on and beneath Itheereum.

Itheereum's galactic avatars are ethereal blue-skinned and timeless, with their Archon Itheerea, Goddess of Itheereum, and Ohm, Keeper of History, the most famous avatars. Often resplendent in luminous and vibrant crystalline clothing with an ethereal glow, long flowing ivory hair, and adorned with otherworldly accessories that evoke echoes of time and limitless power, they are reminiscent of the works of Itheereum Cybernetics, with a mix of cinematic and scientific elements and fantasy images. They are masters of weaving, quantum space and nanotechnology, epic in proportions, guardians of the Itheereum's X-Files. All Itherans are nanotech transformers equipped with a quantum drive.
