At 8:42 AM, #hfxfirefighters responded to reports of a brush fire on Bissett Road in Cole Harbour

Our members arrived quickly and were able to contain the fire before it spread further.

This is a good reminder that the fire ban remains in place.

At 12:04 PM, #hfxfirefighters were dispatched to reports of a shed on fire in Three Fathom Harbour.

On arrival, our members found the fire had extended into an adjacent home. Crews remain on scene. Please avoid the area.

At 2:41 PM, #hfxfirefighters were dispatched to investigate smoke near Pockwock Road and Wildberry Lane in Hammonds Plains.
Our members are currently on scene facing heavy fire conditions. Avoid the area to allow crews to work safely
