Yes it could . Haven’t seen to many examples to hemplime in vaulting-dome spaces. Main way it is typ used packed in forms around standard wood framing. It can be made in blocks and then uses like unit masonry - bricks

In 2014, in response to public pressure, the US government reclassified hemp to remove it from its restricted status. 2021 hemp regulations & research, finally approved plant for re-cultivation. In 2022 it approved hempcrete, aka hemplime, for building construction. dengarden.com/home-improve...
