A rustic, old, idyllic rural town square, with some vandalism here and there. Inspired by the artwork of the artist "alarik0", also inspired by rural Fukuoka, Japan and the "Son Son" stage from "Street Fighter Alpha: Warrior's Dream". The skyline is inspired by that of Kobe, Japan.

Cameos include: DeeJay (Street Fighter), Cody Traves( Final Fight), Aerith Gainsborough), Selphie Tilmitt (Final Fantasy; in her Kingdom Hearts appearance), Kairi (Kingdom Hearts), Bub (Bubble Bobble), Strider Hiryu (Strider), Mike Haggar and Guy (Final Fight; in the poster behind Cody), Elliot "Mirage" Witt and Alexander "Caustic" Nox (Apex Legends).

The "Apex Legends" cameos don't have any particular reason to be there, other than I wanted them there (they are tangentially connected by means of the "Final Fantasy 7" crossover); think of it like the Naruto cameos in "TMNT x Justice League: Turbo Edition".

It creates some interesting conflict in that Cody isn't a huge fan, but he does actually enjoy doing good, but it's also super incredibly questionable that a criminal was so quickly to replace such a good mayor like Haggar. The biggest problem was that is was SF5, so the stories in them are iffy.

I labbed this a few weeks ago. Your post is mainly right. Some corrections:

Any attack increments the combo counter if it connects (jab, jump attack, superjoy, or Haggar-only suplex bowling)

To reset the counter to 0:
* do the 3rd hit/throw
* or whiff an attack
* or don't attack for 45 frames
