I also decided it would be easier to do a text based story so I dont need to ask the people (who i got permission to have them in it) for different pictures of them #gsmedev

I need to learn to make a text Adventure game because I had an idea for a visual novel but dont have the pictures for it and never took the time to learn lol I still have the script and different endings written down but I dont know how id even begin and I wouldnt have time to learn #gsmedev

The cool thing with Asthenia (in my opinion)is the fact you can totally miss out whole large levels and areas on a first playthrough based on decisions. That way I wanted those choices to have actual weight and ofcourse, reasons to replay for different outcomes.

#GsmeDev update after a couple days: I got the camera working more or less how I want; there's a basic UI now, including a selection wheel; and I whipped up a basic Enemy Blob that can wander and give chase

Devlog Animal Theft 🐾
Today I worked hard on the core of the game and managed to implement the Consumable pattern, making interactions with enemies more dynamic.
Enemies now react to noise and follow movement patterns, making gameplay more challenging.
