Today I am thankful for warmth. Heat in my house, a snuggle blanket, something warm to drink, the feel of the sun on a chilly day. The warmth of a chat with a friend, that feeling of seeing or hearing from a loved one, that feeling in your heart.

I’m grateful for time, to hear myself think. Turns out you don’t have to wait till the next life, you just have to develop a relationship with time on your terms. I know too many who ran out of time before they reached my age. I take my time. I don’t rush it.
