The sentiment of GNUPG is so bad this is how LLM responds to reasonable questions about it.

Are the cryptographic geniuses on Bluesky yet?
I had seen some PQC Signature algorithms on a NIST list. Is there anywhere that is using them in identity claim / social proof directories (e.g. Keybase, Keyoxide)
I think that if OpenPGP or GnuPG support it, I have a chance.

Checking the integrity of keys for Linuxmint Wilma passes fine. But using windows 10 powershell to gpg check authenticity for iso doesn't seem to work despite downloading the gnupg app and triple checking instructions etc. i just get gpg not recognized as internal or external command

I spent time yesterday updating parts of my website, mainly my expired PGP key, the pure cringe that was my "about" page and some weird behaviour regarding it and Mailgun.
I should write a short HOWTO for Kleopatra/GnuPG+Yubikey (simple if you got things in the right order - otherwise confusing)

I spent today trying to juggle a shared home account between two machines, one running gpg 2.0 and one running gpg 2.2 and trying to do things on one without wrecking the other, since they share a .gnupg folder.

Remember, free tools like GNUpg allow you to end to end encrypt your communication, even if law enforcement seems to wage a battle against privacy.

An die ganze IT/Tech Bubble ...

Been wondering if I should try offering some sort of paid/crowdfunded service for nvim plugin audit/verification/curation
Given that plugins could easily access .ssh/, .gnupg or other common credential locations and send them elsewhere.
Not sure how many have this on their radar as an attack […]

At Rest: Encrypt sensitive files at rest using tools like GnuPG (gpg) or filesystem encryption methods.
In Transit: Use secure protocols like HTTPS and SFTP for transferring files to ensure data is encrypted during transmission.
