With JDK 19 being released we enter the twilight zone where sdkman, foojay, jbang and others no longer can install recent Java 19 ...takes a few days for things to stabilise.

Ué pq Java 23 unstable? Lançamento oficial dele foi 17 de setembro quase 2 meses atrás... hoje tá saindo o build 24 do Java 24 em early-access, já já vai estar no sdkman que puxa pelo discoapi do foojay, ainda não atualizou mas já lançou o .tar.gz no java.net .
