Personal decision + strong recommendation from my doctors. I rather take whatever precautions to prevent complications like I had in 2024. Influenza turning into pneumonia was really hard, and might be the cause why I suddenly developed severe sleep apnea the following months. #covidshot #flushot

In case you´re wondering why I got up at 6 am yet for a #FluShot appointment at 8.20 am, I had to take a shower & wash my hair and have breakfast, but I also want to do my 30 minutes of daily osteoporosis gyms with two 0,5 kg dumbbells first.
