I'm so glad because my ME/CFS and fibromyalgia flared yesterday, so I was unable to attend the protest near my city today. My husband was going to take me, and sit on a camping chair while I sat in my wheelchair. My signs:

I increasingly believe something has gone awry in fibromyalgia that means we need extra supplements even with a healthy diet & suitable pharmaceutical medications.
Many see benefit from any combination of
Vitamin D3,
Coenzyme Q10 as Ubiquinol,
Folate,
Magnesium of some type,
and seemingly many more.

Supplements and CBD experiment for fibromyalgia continues.
I've had folate supplements added by a GP which is very interesting. Only a bit low, the term deficiency wasn't used.
I had such a bad extended migraine I thought I had brain cancer. Possibly related to low folate levels on an online search.

Now that Im home the headache is beginning & I know I'll be in a fibromyalgia flare up.
But today was worth it. I danced in my inflatable costume & had fun supporting our country & what it means to be American together.💕

Feeling extra emotional now, love you all! No kings, indeed!

Honestly, that sounds a lot like a bad fibromyalgia flare. But I'm not a doctor. I know they are difficult to deal with, but perhaps it's time to think about talking to one? 🫂 💜

(BTW I had no serious respiratory problems. I was mostly wiped out more severely than is normal for me with just my fibromyalgia. Sometimes, if I found myself on the floor, I had difficulty getting off the floor and would be there a fair amount of time.

I rammed my shoulder into a sharp object at work, this week.

It hurt so bad that I sat and cried for a few minutes.

It didn't tear my shirt, but it tore my skin and bled through my shirt.

I've been feeling 'off' ever since and my arm has been on fire.

It's on tender point #8. That's why 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️

Fibromyalgia is a bit like buckaroo I think. One day you do something, it’s fine, leave it a week, repeat: nope!

I got sick, had a massive traumatic event, moved across the ocean, & my health fell to bits all in less than a year. I’ll probably never know the cause, but I’ve had Dx’d me/cfs & fibromyalgia for 20yrs & they are absolutely real. I’ve seen rheumatologists & neurologists who all gave me the same Dx.

Just realized my fingers & toes no longer wrinkle when wet or submerged for any length of time. I have diagnoses of Long Covid, dysautonomia, fibromyalgia, & post-viral chronic fatigue (OHIP does not have a billing code for M.E.), & spondylitis. Does anyone else w one or these have this issue?

Similar story here, although it goes back to the old days of Usenet. My inflammatory arthritis kept getting worse, while my Dr insisted it wasn't progressive. Eventually I heard about fibromyalgia—almost unknown in the 1980s. I asked my Dr, he pressed some tender points, and said Yes, you have it.

💜 I know. We aren't ready. My son really isn't ready. He has had to move everything and with his Fibromyalgia, it has been really rough! Along with his other health problems, just wish this would be over already! We will find something! Hopefully, it is close by so Dex doesn't have a long ride!

Afternoon. Day 5 no alcohol continues. I did a 40 minute walk at sunrise, got another 30 minutes in just now but the wind is bitingly cold now.
Might get another 20 minutes in later or stop there for now. We'll see.
Else definitely better from that awful migraine, just fibromyalgia to cope with now!
