Legitimately managed to have THE WORST pulls possible. Managed to get my hands on 6 play boosters of Tarkir Dragonstorm.
I wound up with five full playsets of commons and uncommons in IDENTICAL collation and three of the same rare.

I am going to continue with Through the Omenpaths even with Tarkir: Dragonstorm available.

As a new player this isnt what i figured magic would be. Im not trying to play marvel. I want fantasy like what magic has shown me in Dragonstorm that was my entry and wow what a great set. Showed me MTG is the greatest card game out there but these crossovers lose me as a new cx

It’s confusing for new players now to have a card like Kenrith, a mono colored card with a five color identity. But we can see that the border is white, so it must be a mono white card.
What about Reaper King? Or the 2-brid cards from Dragonstorm?

My big sticking point with Hybrid in Commander are cards from this cycle in Dragonstorm. This doesn't feel like a green card, yet it could fit in a mono green deck.
Could it be mono black? Sure...but it /feels/ Sultai...not Colorless.

i actually think that the colorless/hybrid cards like reaper king, the dragonstorm cards, and beseech the queen should remain off the table and the discussion should remain about hybrid colored mana.

So today my boss was musing that WotC and Magic likely been having restocking/reprinting problems since long before they admitted it with Tarkir: Dragonstorm and Final Fantasy.

Been eyeballing one of these since Dragonstorm came out, definitely my favorite treatment of my favorite Green finisher. Just traded in a bunch of bulk, and it seemed like a perfect upgrade.
