Fortuna is in the clutches of a demon-worshipping cult, they're a little fucking weird by default. And yet they'll disguise it all under the guise of purity. It's genuinely perfect. I think this time around dmc4 would play out a little differently, and be more inspired by MM.

GPTRACK50 is founded by Hiroyuki Kobayashi (former CAPCOM game/movie producer behind the Dino Crisis series and DMC4). It is however a subsidiary of NetEase, which is the only part of their whole deal I can see as a cause.

I'm obviously excited for RE9 but now I'm worried that it'll have the RE6 (or even the DMC4) issue where one half of the game is just notably less exciting than the other half

In my teens I used to just block 90% of Vergil's attacks and the serial judgement cut was child's play, it was like he was handing me over free counter damage. In DMC4 I blocked the Blitz's damn lightning beam too, and sometimes Savior's beam also

i might be in the minority but Nero is more fun to olay than Dante in DMC4, Pandora is super fun tk use tho

Playing DMC4 alongside 3, and it's pretty cool to see what they wanted to do with Nero gameplay wise. His moveset works really well, and I also like his visual design much more in 4 than in 5. Nero in 5 looks kind of douchey & the hair w the jacket really doesn't help.

I think I had played DMC3 and 4 before touching GoW, pretty sure my brother got it from some sales bin during the PS3 era, we had a BWC PS3 so that was used to play PS2 games too, and DMC4 was my intro into the DMC series, after which I played 3 as well

I know I ignore most of that whenever I replay it. Well I do want some of those things to be addressed but I always ended up having fun during my replays
