But again, that's an argument for decongesting the Loop to boost frequencies. Folks will walk a bit further or deal with an extra transfer if they know waits are low and there's space on the next train.

Followup thought on this: one of the main sales points (and legit good argument for) transcon mergers is decongesting Chicago. But the UP and NS networks, combined, don't seem to offer great options for avoiding Chicago? (map from rail.guide; UP in yellow/NS in black)

1) Often, I see HFrEF and ventricular secondary MR with leaflet tenting and teathering. Here, the exact grading initially doesn’t matter, because I will treat the ventricle first: GDMT, maybe PCI, decongesting, establishment of SR, possibly CRT. Only as a last resort MR-treatment will be necessary.

Work is an absolute drag today. I’ve resorted to shoving tissues in my mask to stop snot running down my face from the decongesting effects of humidity. Delightful. Determined not to give this horrible virus to anyone though so the mask stays on.

very generically speaking, oral medications offer reduced liability for addiction-like problems compared with other routes of taking the exact same drug. the nasal inhaler would seemingly enhance liability...but things are complicated. it is not inconceivable lowering the decongesting dose helps.

That's classic SudafedPE - maybe it might maybe be decongesting me a little, perhaps. I've known two people who were told not to take regular Sudafed bc of hypertension and it's exactly how they described PE.
