#dcfc well that was really poor and incredibly disappointing. Very little midfield cohesion and zero “grip” at any times. Brewster looks good, B Clark as well at times, but utterly unable to get the ball to them. Lack of confidence very clear.

i think @mimij9.bsky.social sums it up nicely when saying all players except Zetterstrom should donate a weeks wage to charity. This was a game derby should have stepped up for but instead ended up 2 steps back. Now Tuesday is important in a mentality way. Lose and confidence drains

We have too many similar players. Seem too many individuals.
We have strikers in abundance, number 9’s number 10’s.
We need wide players but for me what’s more worrying is the lack of a ball playing midfielder. It HAS to be addressed in Jan.

No response or improvement from #dcfc in the second half. A 1-0 scoreline was deeply flattering.
Ten games in and no cohesion. On the evidence of performances and underlying stats, Derby are going to be in another relegation fight, which given Clowes' investment in summer, is a huge disappointment.

The only positive from that shambolic first half from #dcfc is that Oxford didn't kill the game, which they absolutely should have done. Eustace needs to take the opportunity to get out of jail by making changes.
If it was me, Agyemang and Elder would be on at half-time, at the bare minimum.

Derby hit reverse on all the progress they were making before the break. A game that Oxford dominated. Zetterstrom is the only player who can walk off the pitch with head held high.
We should have lost that 6-7 nil.
No winger cover, No mid creativity.

While I won’t be one of these fans, I can guarantee that if this level of performance and result occurs over the next 5 games, some fans calling for managerial change.
Crazy? Not really considering I’ve already overheard murmurings in The Yard & on the terraces.

Football isn’t played on paper, but when you look at this batch of fixtures, you can’t help feel this was one we’d of fancied getting 3 points from.
We need to now try and get something from tougher challenges. It can be done, but Derby need to stand up and be counted to make that happen.

“Bad day at the office” doesn’t even cover it.
Derby were second to everything and looked so far off the pace of the game, it’s alarming.
Zetterstrom single-handedly stopped it from becoming a cricket score.
Good saves aside, there was nothing positive to take from today.
