The ashwaghanda powder was an impulsebuy/mistake.
Cheap, big number (500g) and I didn't think about what I was buying when it came to that.
I would need to eat 20g of nasty earthy, bitter powder a day to get the scientificly proven high dose of its active compound.

Random Internet stranger chiming in here but I would also encourage you to stick with the lower dose if you can. I went to 5 after 6 weeks and it was completely different in terms of side effects. dropped back down but unfortunately they didn't go away. I switched to Ozempic and plan to stay at 2.5.

It’s been great for my blood sugar, which was the point. I’ve lost almost 20 lbs in 6 weeks. But I’ve struggled a lot with nausea to the point where I had to lower my dose back to the starting dose because I felt so bad when I increased it. If I can get past the nausea, I’ll be good.
