Movie theater chain Cinemaworld of Florida files for bankruptcy
Cinemaworld of Florida, the operator of Majestic and CW-branded theaters, filed for Chapter 11 protection — the latest chain to go belly-up as streaming services sap business. The company, which does business as The Majestic 11 and CW Lanes & Games, operates movie theaters and entertainment venues across three states, including Florida. Cinemaworld reported having between $10 million and $50 million in both assets and liabilities, according to the filing last week in US Bankruptcy Court in Miami.

AMC in Florida yea...ugh. I remember when I was in FL 10 years ago I'd go to CinemaWorld, which I was pretty fond of. AMC is so hit or miss. I feel like if anything they should have like "respect showings" where you can pay $2 extra for like a regular theatre experience or something lol

7, between Saturday and Sunday. They asked me if I had Chicken Jockey. Since one of my moots had gotten a Chicken Jockey cup at CinemaWorld in the UK, I started telling them we never got it. One kid was like “NOOOO!” When I said that.

#sacramento 4p #spaceballs 7pm a mixed bag, its often spot on. On it's crtique on the #cinemaworld ; #starwars made. As #movies, often seem . 1 long , #toys , & other #products; #adds. I have learned that Fitchburg’s Cinemaworld theater closed last spring. A belated thank you from all Fitchburg film/video students for providing cheap tickets for movies for all those years.
