Target must maintain citizenship documentation for all of its employees. If they did not intervene to provide that documentation to ICE, then the employees should sue them into bankruptcy.

There isn’t any law in this country that requires you to provide proof of citizenship on the interior, but unfortunately ICE is racially profiling.
And they don’t care if you say you’re a US citizen.
