We've made a lot of progress with our #stream polling infrastructure. The admin plane is complete with full lifecycle management and wager commands are integrated, so we can finally begin work on live wager readouts and the cash-out logic!

Okay, it still looks like arse, but we have implemented #zod schema validation alongside react-hook-form components courtesy of #shadcn! We'll clean up the look and feel in the coming days, but the poll management UI is coming along swimmingly!
