The irony of it all is that yoga helps my balance, which helps stop the dizziness. (it's why when I was cycling and running, I stopped fainting completely - exercise has been key to controlling it).

Within my inner world, I don’t see much of any need to fragment/compartmentalize parts of my selves/identities; frankly, I feel society teaches us to do that because it robs us of the power we have when we are fully integrated/balanced—understanding balance is not linear.
