There's a hashtag AltForMe to ask others to provide alt text for your pics. It's not very well known yet but maybe we can fix this.
Btw, Since you care about accessibility: Do you know that imported fonts are super tricky for screenreaders? They can't decode them and repeat gibberish words instead.
