I’m sticking with the only bank that I know is flipping reliable to me at the very least, USAA. It’s not as #accessible as #AllyBank; but the past week and a half of this along with everything else? I’ve had enough.

I was hoping it would not come to this. That #AllyBank is still closing both of my accounts for no reason. Not giving me any information as to why. I’m unsure of what to do. #CustomerService Is dodgy in averting my questions as to why they’re boosting my accounts despite having good reputation.

I’m so tired of @allybank… I keep having random charges on my debit card, that I never use, and it’s constantly over an hour wait to talk to someone… it was a four hour wait yesterday via chat and an hour and 20 minutes on the phone.

Just FYI, if anyone wants to open a new savings account with your stimulus, my @CapitalOne savings interest rate was slashed by a full percent without the advertising on their main page changing. Currently, my @allybank account has a better rate but I can't make any transfers.
