系統：ステムワニ類。従来のAlligatoroideaからは除外
体サイズ：これまでの吻部の短い分類群であるミシシッピアリゲーターやクロコダイルス属を基準に回帰分析を行っていたため、この分類群の全長を過大評価していた可能性がある。97.5パーセンタイル推定値（リオグランデンシス種の全長7.66m、シュワイメリ種の全長6.37mが平均値より妥当と考える
体サイズは頭の幅と相関があり、従来の研究よりも正確な推定
塩水耐性を持つ可能性があり、これが生息範囲の拡大に寄与

Another orientalosuchin pretty much done. Last time I had Dongnanosuchus, this time its Jiangxisuchus from the Cretaceous fo China. The stratigraphy has been kind of a headache ngl but the skull, ignoring some crushing, was wonderfully complete.
