how after 50 years is SNL’s live performance space so DOG WATER for acoustics?! The only people who have sounded good in recent memory are Chappell and Sabrina but the talent has been there like what is going on

To be fair, there are a lot of folks out there with hearing issues who don’t realize they have them. And also a lot of rooms with absolutely dogshit acoustics.

Hopefully tonight’s venue gets Bob in the mood for a residency at The other Sphere. Unlike there, which has the best sound you might ever hear, the acoustics here were not perfect - lotta echo off the hockey area corners especially those choppy guitar parts these guys love.

Neither Neumann's nor Genelec's room correction EQ software will touch anything above the Schroeder room-mode frequency, and that's how you know they're both adhering to real scientific acoustics research. :)
