To ME, every WNBA HC should have exp with WOMEN.
XOs are XOs but the WNBA coaches that are men, haven't played, or haven't coached women are terrible at in-game/real-time adjustments.
Their coaching experience has a safety net that included sheer athleticism (of men) and not based on skill.

That was my thought. Probably expect a lot of BDE CDRs and XOs talking about new mission training obectives to make up for the loss, which won't really fix the problem.

Even more concerning is that the orders were followed. The Democratic leaders making a video about the duty to not follow illegal orders wasn’t just for the enlisted. They were speaking directly to the commanders and XOs. Do not betray your oath for this criminal regime.
