The NZ Govt is engaged in a #WarOnNature. Their latest attempt to gut enviro protections via changes to the RMA is simply an extension When you give property owners the right to sue govts if they introduce measures to protect the enviro, then govts will not intro enviro protection.

Pushing a project over the line via Luxon's 'fast-track approvals' will tarnish it forever with having had to cheat us all by avoiding proper scrutiny, and it will bog it down with protest.
