Human is blind, no rune, no claws!
Partial is both eyes open, tail, activated rune!
Beast is when he fuses with his Guardian to become empowered!
And yes, every Vidarwulf will have three variants too!

Very minimal, the Vidarwulf states of power are all conscious and intentional. Raoul can't accidentally transform into his Beast state, or fall out of it abruptly. Unless said emotional response is extreme trauma that messes with their mind, it's all by choice.
