Since I'm not getting traction on my kofi goal, I've made the hard decision to put this model up for adoption. I threw on the hat w/ new Vroid update but it's compatible w/ any .vrm program. I'm using VmagicMirror in the sample video, in low lighting sorry for the jitter. 24 hr Auction. Info/SB ⬇️

"Vtubing isn't accessible" is a meme. It is as accessible as any other form of streaming. VRoid is free and comes with great base assets, there are MULTIPLE great 3D tracking softs (Warudo, VSeeFace, VNyan, VMagicMirror), you can use your phone as a camera for facetracking (DroidCamX, Meowface).

Definitely a good mic as well as a streaming software like OBS. I currently use Live2D, but I used Vroid in the past. Best Live2D capture software is VTube Studio, the best 3D software is VMagicMirror or VSeeFace, and the best PNGtuber software is Videaotube Mini.

progress update (kinda): I wanted to see the difference between the base vroid model I started with and my blender modifications so far!
bonus, I started messing with vMagicMirror and making custom skins for the tablet/keyboard assets

Use OBS, you'll have to look up online as I don't exactly have every terms memorised in my head to actually tell you
Also, convert your model into vrm which your Vroid studio can do
get VMagicMirror (or VSeeFace if you have a webcame) and load up your vrm model

Oh no! Your poor computer! I'm assuming you're running your model through a Spout2 capture, so I'd be curious how VSeeFace + Spout2 or VMagicMirror + Spout2 are on resources in comparison? Warudo and my computer are at odds, but VSeeFace is usually pretty chill on my system. Best of luck!

原因わかった、vitaのプラグインでUSBで映像送ってるけど、Vmagicmirror起動したらフェイストラッキング用のwebカメラがオンになって帯域食われちゃってフレームレート落ちるんだ

ふいー、VRChatのアバターをVRM変換してVMagicMirrorで呼び出して、正常に動作する事を確認出来た。
ツールのお陰でほぼ設定とかせずにワンボタンポチーで変換してくれるのありがてぇ〜！
uniVRMのやり方は上手く行かなかったので、検証やら時間は掛かったが、色々触ってみて面白かった。
ただ触らんと忘れるからちょくちょく遊んでみようかな。

Discovery made while recording: The cutscene stutter still happened, so I'm thinking...is OBS actually the main issue here? The only things I had running were it, VMagicMirror and HSR...

Depending on how this actualy works, i would skip my VMagicMirror and just use mtion, I have over 200 outfits that the me and the community have made for the Pooka model. I would be fully in mtion. O.O

In a pinch, if you don't have a camera at all (so you can't do tracking), VMagicMirror can do pretty good no-camera 3d model vtubing with a vroid model, or you can start as a PNGTuber pretty easily with something like veadotube mini and a picrew that gives permission for pngtuber use.

I've always been not your average streamer.
I used to stream off my console directly to Twitch for years until a community member gave me his lightly used capture card.
Then, I use VMagicMirror instead of the typical Vtuber software when I stream.
I just want a nice streamer fren circle. 🥲

you can use VMagicMirror since it works without a webcam. the movement kinda are noise/voice sensitive and can be set to also follow your mouse pointer etc.

Set up Veeseeface instead of vmagicmirror, and god I love it so much more. I miss the hand tracking but this is so much better honestly.
