Today's challenge: build a model with fixed parameters (that do not need to be estimated) that can still be used with #tidymodels functionality.
I found a solution (that didn't require setting up a new type of model) - will post some code later - but I wonder how @topepo.bsky.social would do this?

One of my big questions is where does the pipe fit? I think many of us who were pro tidy had claimed the pipe (specifically magrittr %>%) but now that it’s in base R it’s up for grabs.
I think things like tidymodels (recipes/parsnip/workflows) have no competitor in base.

survival::pyears is not a function I use regularly, but was still surprised broom::tidy did not give me the output I expected.
