This isn't to mention AFPD and member of USSC.

KBJ was in fact *better* qualified, at the time of her nomination, than any of the other 8 justices were at the time of theirs.

Top-tier law school
SCOTUS clerkship
US district judge
US circuit judge

None of the others did all those.

Let alone AFPD and USSC.
