An MCA Doppler can detect TAPS early, but without it, many cases are missed. It’s the most reliable test, with a staging system using a delta MCA-PSV difference of 0.5. Other signs help, but 14% of cases show only discordant Dopplers. 6 days until #TAPSDay bit.ly/3eEbupp #NotJustTTTS
