I think once i started to understand that 90% of a texture is the base color they started to improve a lot more, since i will put a lot more effort on coloring than everything else. #3dart #materials #texture #substance3ddesigner #gameart

The free release of my “Uber Blend” node for #Substance3DDesigner is not long in coming. It offers almost 50 blend modes for grayscale and RGB(A). I am currently writing a suitable article and have created another node that illustrates the changes in brightness. #MadeWithSubstance

ずいぶん遠回りな気もしますが…。
文字は弊メポさんの手書き感を出すために手書き風のフォントを選択し、更にSubstance3Ddesignerでノイズを加えて位置や形を一文字ずつ微妙に変える工夫をしています😚
ノイズの粒度が合わなかったり、
向きや強度が合わないと粉みたいになるので、結局1ページずつほぼ決めうちではありますが随分いい雰囲気になり助けられました。
解像度も性質上16の倍数での出力が基本なので、プレビューの比率が合わず最終イメージはPhotoshopに出すまでお楽しみです。
方法としてあんまりお勧めしないけど、ノードベースの制作は大好きなので楽しかった😌

New #GlobalSearch 1.3 release for #Substance3DDesigner implementing a long requested feature, opening found nodes into the Graph View (Designer 14+). I also added showing items in the Explorer view and search prev/next navigation.

Worked a bit more on the #stylized #halflife material after some feedback.
The eroded parts are smaller now and more confined to the edges. But there's also some at the nails etc. Oh and then some combine symbolism. #substance3ddesigner
