How is it that TWO RAID arrays failed at the same time? Your team doesn't have 2-disk fault tolerance? No Pre-Failure Alerts outlining which disks need replacing BEFORE failure? And restoration is 10 hours??? This DR scenario sounds untested and grossly inadequate. What is the underlying storagetech
