Elaine was stranded overseas with her newly adopted kids, unable to bring them home.
Luckily, embassy staff stepped in when the standard process to get the kids' passports hit a roadblock.
The FS is being weakened. The next family might be out of luck. #StandUpForService, before it’s too late.
