That’s a very good idea. I almost did that for Skomer but at that time wasn’t sure I could get a dog sitter. Have a lovely trip(squared) 😀 and enjoy the east coast.

Yes - really looking forward to it. Then I’m going to Lunga, and have a trip in to go to Skomer the following week. If I can squeeze the Farne Islands in this year (maybe after my trip to Bempton), I hope to make that a puffin triplicate 😀

Oh that sounds rough. Fingers crossed they get on top of it for you soon. I’m booked for Skomer in June (1st time), and the annual visits to Bempton are being scheduled (love that place). Minsmere is on this years list if I can get the dates to work. Look forward to seeing the photos Steve!

@FourT4 Try the UK's national parks and wildlife trusts - they do research into wildlife populations and suchlike. Things like puffins and Manx Shearwater nesting numbers on Skomer and Skokholm islands, for instance.
