i threw this shader together for the energy shield today and im quite proud of it. its mainly inspired by the vortex shield in titanfall but i wanted something unique and i think i achieved that quite well.

`RenderSurfaceFactory` is a static factory class that creates `RenderSurface` instances with appropriate device implementations injected based on API type selection.
