In #Spinespur, Hellheart is policed by roving gangs of thugs in gimp masks, who follow the brutal enforcement suggestions of Mr. Pierce- sometimes simply murdering the offender in the street, sometimes beating them and kidnapping them to enforce The Law.

Ladies and gentlemen, eithers and neithers... Single Step Games is pleased (and terrified) to announce we have acquired the rights to SPINESPUR from Bob Mervine and Comfy Chair Games, and are looking towards a rerelease in the horror TTRPG space.

We have just purchased the rights to an old forgotten 90s/00s horror wargame called SPINESPUR, and we're busy recalibrating it for modern audiences and transforming it into a ttrpg.

Having a lot of fun conceptualizing #Spinespur into both #BitD and #Daggerheart rules engines.

The monstrously large enforcer works for Dr. Akron & The Institute, yet doesn't seem to be a stitched flesh construct- he's still "alive." A mass of muscle & rage, Hack oversees the Good Doctor's most important tasks, his fists & chainsaws silencing most arguments.

What do you think about this for #spinespur, but instead it's just strange images of makeshift weaponry?
