Today, SAMSHA reposted a Trump propaganda post against transgender people. I have made it clear that this is a nonsense, spineless move, and I encourage others to do the same.

I enter data into the SAMSHA database at work. Our clinic & hospital provide mental health, substance abuse treatment as well as access to a primary care physician. Closing these clinics will be devastating for communities across the country. Just so infuriating. And sad.

SAMSHA is wholly eliminated with some offices moved to AHA. This is a disaster for research, service delivery, efficiency and just everything else.

the 1st of my last 2 harm reduction trainings for SAMSHA is tomorrow. 100+ in attendance and a lots of folks from rural areas. I’m sad that I can’t work for them any more since they’ve complied with an executive order and no longer allow inclusive language. but I am proud of the work I’ve done🩵

bro bro in my own replies said he disagrees with me about canceling lgtbq+ specific services through SAMSHA hotlines is evidence of an escalating extermination campaign. Apparently my field effect isn't as strong as I thought. lots of work to do.
