A very relevant presentation from Prof Dudley Robinson at #RCOG2024 comparing laser vs vaginal oestrogen for genitourinary symptoms of menopause. Conclusion: it's a mixed bag. Both seem effective, but both lose effectiveness beyond 12-18 months if discontinued.
