It was very different congress for me as I was representing my region as their council member and vice chair of council .Its was privilege to be able to hear members debate issues that matter to them

One of the most energising parts of #RCN25 was spending time with our student nurses and support workers, reminder that the future of #nursing is in powerful hands. #Supporting students and support workers is essential. They are the backbone of our present and the leaders of our future @rcn.org.uk

I often worry about the future of #nursing because working conditions are quite poor now it won't attract people. But I spent this week #RCN25 with bright, intelligent, compassionate next generation #nurses willing to advocate for patients & professionals.
